We created a custom eCommerce chatbot for a startup venture called OrderUp. The project required us to design, develop, and integrate a landing page, client onboarding system, customized chat flows, and eCommerce functions to complete before going live. We also created a custom data table incorporating product images, descriptions, item variations, pricing, shipping, tax, and answers to multiple questions and requests to dynamically serve users while shopping through the chatbot. Our implementation operated via API integration through Many Chat, Stripe, and Facebook Messenger.
